Hi fellow stampers! Welcome to the Colour Creations blog hop with the Art With Heart Stampin’ Up! demonstrators. Our featured Stampin’ Up! colour this week is Blushing Bride from the Subtles colour family.
My card tonight features the Happy Forest Friends suite. I was looking forward to playing with this set as it is such a cute set for babies, kids or big kids cards. It is a tri-fold card where the centre panel has been cut out with a square die from the Stylish Shapes die set.
A DSP layer was adhered to the front panel and die cut as mentioned above.
I stamped some mushrooms from this stamp set in Blushing Bride ink. These were die cut with matching dies. The sentiment is also from this set and was embossed with white embossing powder. The label was die cut using the small banner from Stylish Shapes die set again.
The middle panel has a patterned DSP layer to which I adhered a die cut square scene from this DSP. This was mounted onto Blushing Bride card stock. I have also die cut a pennant banner using a die from the new Sale-a-bration die set Tree Lot. The specialty DSP used is Brushstrokes in Blushing Bride.
The inside has the sentiment and tiny butterfly stamped in Blushing Bride ink. And finally added another die cut mushroom.
Hope you enjoy the remaining blog hop where you can find more Blushing Bride inspiration from the next participant the very talented Sharon Davern.

That's a nice fold to show of some lovely papers Rosa. Cute card.

ReplyDeleteYour card is full of surprises Rosa, I love that it keeps opening to reveal more Blushing Bride accents. Work beautifully with this Dsp too
